These are the things you can actually sue him for right now.
- Impersonating an american lawyer
- Breach of contract (the cementary show. People paid for it, and he didn't deliver)
Now, I wouldn't go with the last one if you really wanna fuck with him, because that's not really gonna do much and isn't enough to really cause a lawsuit. The first one however, is a pretty serious offence and can get someone some serious jail time. It's Identy theft to a whole new degree.
You should contact the lawyer he impersonated about it, too.

Here's my idea:
Barry doesn't pay taxes on the income he makes off the show or the odd jobs he does.
Just report the fucker to the CRA (Canadian version of the IRS)
